Shaw Gidley understands that each matter is a unique set of circumstances and requires a tailored solution.
Our principals take personal interest and responsibility in your circumstances from first contact. James, Paul and Scott will take the time needed, obligation and cost free, to assess your individual circumstances in forming the best solution. This is known as the assessment phase.
We will liaise with your nominated advisers during the assessment phase if you so desire. Once a solution has been formulated and offered to you, we allow you the time to contemplate what has been offered, to discuss the solution with your advisers, conduct a second meeting if needs be.
During the assessment phase we will endeavour to provide you with an estimate of costs and timing of the assignment.
We will not pressure you in any way; we will wait until you are ready to appoint Shaw Gidley.
Once we have been appointed, the pressure will be off you. In fact, many of our clients advise that they feel the load has been lightened during the assessment phase from the preliminary advice received.
After you have engaged Shaw Gidley, our expert team will prepare a job plan and budget. You will be allocated a team member as a primary point of contact, who will be responsible for the implementation, progression and completion of your matter.
We will continue to provide you and your advisers with regular feedback on the status of your assignment until the conclusion of the assignment.
