James has more than two decades of experience in corporate and personal insolvency and reconstruction. He has experience in a broad range of industries and in particular mining, engineering, property and retail. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association. James is also an Official Liquidator and Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy.
Paul is a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy and Registered Corporate Liquidator has more than two decades of experience in corporate and personal insolvency and reconstruction across a broad range of industries and commercial sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Masters of Business Administration, and is both a Chartered and Certified Practicing Accountant. Paul is also a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association.
Jeff has broad experience in all aspects of corporate insolvency & reconstruction, across a range of industries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. He is also a Registered Liquidator.
Scott is a Director with Shaw Gidley and has two decades of experience in all aspects of corporate insolvency and reconstruction, both in Australia and the UK. He has been involved in assignments involving SME’s up to publicly listed companies, across a broad spectrum of industries and in particular in the property, mining, manufacturing and construction areas. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association. He is also an Official Liquidator and Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy.
David has nearly two decades of experience in corporate and personal insolvency and reconstruction. Prior to this, he worked for 20 years in a major bank, which included seven years in asset management and reconstruction. David holds a Bachelor of Business and has broad experience in a number of businesses including retail, manufacturing, property, hospitality, construction and indigenous organisations.
Ben has been promoted to the role of Director with Shaw Gidley Port Macquarie and has over 12 years of broad experience in both corporate and personal insolvency administrations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with joint studies in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies. Ben is also a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association, and a Registered Liquidator.
